Mr. B.G. Bairy is the driving force behind the success and international recognition of Beloorbayir Biotech Limited. Mr. Bairy has been instrumental in the company’s product development over the years, a critical factor and force, that continues to drive success. Under his able guidance the business continues to grow in the ever-dynamic healthcare industry and is admired by partners and investors alike. Mr. Bairys philanthropic side needs no introduction. He has always been a charitable and giving person and there’s never been an instance where a person in need has been turned away. This quality makes him a highly approachable person within and outside the industry.
Having earned a Masters in Organic Chemistry from Mysore University with distinction, its no surprise he is regarded a wizard in chemistry with the ability to solve just about any complex problem. A self-initiator with diverse field knowledge in the healthcare industry, Mr. Bairy was awarded the Aryabhata International award for his contribution to Industry in 2015 and more recently the ‘Nutraceutical Company of the Year, 2016’, awarded to his baby Beloorbayir Biotech Limited by ASSOCHAM.

Ajay Bairy holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Operations Management, Nashik He joined the Beloorbayir group in 2013 and began with the understanding of plant level operations and management with a full year spent at various manufacturing sites of the group. His engineering degree has been put to excellent use with his self initiated programs that focus on efficiency in production and critical change management. Ajay’s focus is to ensure the business develops into a strong and profitable operation catering to domestic and international needs in a timely and efficient manner.
